Dear RLA,

Could I also ask please:-

I have a roll on month on month tenancy agreement which I have in place for my tenant of over 4 years. However, she has changed her name (back to her maiden name), but I have not drawn up a fresh agreement to show her maiden name. The Tenancy is still in her married name from 2007.

Would this affect me in trying to gain possession through the Courts under a Section 21 A please?
