In section 7 on form N5B it asks Method of Service.

I posted it BY HAND and had the delivery witnessed by a neighbour who signed and dated the Section 21 which I have marked "C".

I have enclosed a copy marked "C1" with an arrow pointing to the signature at the bottom. Will this be adequate?

The Tenant will not respond to any letters, phone calls, or visits.
