Irented my propertyand under term mentioned 3 monthsfrom 5.1.06 (renewable) and increased his rent from £65.00 to £75.00pw from13 April 06. DSS paid me from June06 as due to ill-health I forgot to submit it in April. I assumed it was from April 13, and did not appeal.
Iwish to get possession of my property as tenant owes me over £1400 and has breached tenancy agreement clauses. However, I wish to regain my property and i am unlikely to get my money, I want him out asap.
Please can u tell me what:
1. form
2. date "Expires after date"2notices 1. 11-4-07 2. 13-4-2007 (are these correct?)

3. whether I should issue 2 Notices
