We have a shared student house whereby there is one SAT agreement which they have all signed. One of the tenants is 2 months in arrears and has left. (We still have a security deposit from him, which we intend on keeping). In the agreement it states"Rent: 12: The tenant(s) will pay the rent in the manner and at the times specified within this agreement -- which is !st of the month 13. The tenant(s) jointly and severally agree that they are liable for the full amount of the rent herebefore mentioned and if any of the tenants is in default of his/her share of the rent the remaining tenant(s) shall make up the rent to the full amount as required by this agreement.

What is our next step?
Should we inform the other tenants of this?

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
