Good day
One shared house, three tenants.
Each pays a third of the rent directly to us.
One pays late and does not contribute to keeping the house up together and clean. May now, possibly, be unemployed and seeking benfit but has not informed us of his change of circumstances.
All have signed an AST.
Can we give him, as an individual, notice to quit?
If so how much notice?
