I have three tenants living in a HMO, they have AST, Two tenants have made allacations that a third tenant has physically assaulted them, police were called to the premises but the alleged offender had fled the house and hasnt been seen since. all the tenants have mental health difficuties, and are funded for support under the local supporting people fund, we also provide that support. The two tenants are going to give statements and attempt to press charges. Can I issue notice to the alleged offending tenant, if so which section do I use??? jo
