We are about to start our first Company let, to a health care Company for their workers in a care home.

Does anyone have any pointers or tips - we are reasonably experienced AST landlords, but this is a new area, so we would really appreciate anything.

Subjects like deposits, guarantor and any oddities would be helpful.
