HI JUST READING BUY TO LET BOOK SENT TO ME FROM MORTGAGE EXPRESS.
IT TALKS OF VOID PERIODS AND HOW TO AVOID THEM. IT SEEMS THAT IN SCOTLAND THE AST AGREEMENT REQUIRES TENANTS TO ALLOW LANDLORDS TO
CONDUCT VIEWINGS LAST 2MONTHS OF TENANCY.IT WOULD BE SO MUCH FAIRER IF THE 2MONTHS APPLIED TO US ALL.
