I had a problem tenant who I now believe to be in the Swansea area. As I am not allowed to give out any personal details on here you will have to supply me with some means of contacting you should you want more information. As always the best advice would be to carry out the correct procedures e.g. references, credit checks etc but having been on the receiving end from this tenant I would not want to see the tenant do it to anybody else and would take great delight in knowing that I am making her life awkward. What goes around comes around. Just hope the debt collection company finds the tenant!
