My tenants AST has expired recently. The AST included the lady and her daughter as the tenants. She is now asking fo a new AST with her daughter excluded. I beleive she thinks she may be entitled to benefits for doing so. However, I am obviously not able to issue a new AST and I would value any advice as to what to tell her I can or cannot do.
