Hi,

I have filed for possession and it goes to court at the end of the month. I filed the claim using PCOL (section 8 arrears) and I am wondering what happens about "evidence". Do I need to submit copies of contracts, letters, statements etc before the hearing or do I just turn up with those?

By then the tenant will be 4 months in arrears and already has a ccj against him with regards some of this so provided I follow correct procedure I can't imagine it will be a problem, I just need to make sure I have followed correct procedure at the hearing.

Thanks,

David
