Im an agent and as I thought would happen, the receivers have taken posession of some of my landlords propeties. They have advised me that the tenants will pay us in future and we shall pay them but they have asked for copies of all the ASTS, where the bond is held and my agreement with the landlord.

I will of course charge them for all this but I would rather not send them my agreement with the landlord as its really between us and not for anyone else.Do i have to do this?. I am not entitled to fix a price with them as to what i will charge them for continuing to manage? He is a landlord with a lot of property and so I gave him a discount for managing.

Im I right in thinking the tenant still has the rights contained in his tenancy? and can stay there for the duration of the fixed term.
