It sounds ridiculous but I would get it fixed ASAP and log any access difficulties as failure to give access for repairs would weaken the case. It sounds as if she has a dodgy lawyer who probably hasnt seen the property and doesnt know if her health could be affected as that would cost a bit in medical reports.
If any tiny bit of damp affected our health how did the human race survive up to now? And why dont we all die from taking showers?
I am glad I dont rent in wembley as it could be me next!
