Immoral Local authorities

This was my first real test of patience as a young Landlord. This is common amongst most Local Authorities and is the advice given by the Citizens Advice Beaurau. It's crazy and costs us honest Landlords a small fortune. Long and short of it, there's no rationality behind it so don't waste time trying to figure it out.

What I learned from my episode was simple, I'll never again let to a housing benefit tenant because of their stupidity and unwillingness to help. But moreso you learn how to work with the system rather than against it, it is what it is and pride/ principle get landlords in similar situations into trouble.
