I have now got form n325 ready to go to court to request for the bailiffs to evict my tenants - obviously i need to have a locksmith present when the bailiffs are going to be there, does any one know how long that will take? How much notice do you really have to give someone who has absolutly no respect? Also does the RLA have a list of blacklisted tenants (names), i know my tenants are only waiting for keys to go somewhere else, that and wind me up!!! I really would hate for them to do this to someone else.
