I have a Tenant who had an eviction date following a Section 8 procedure for yesterday. The tenant did not vacate yesterday and told me she would vacate by the end of the month. I believe from the RLA flowcharts that I should now issue a N325 form to the County Court.

1. Is this the correct form &course of action?
2. The form does not mention any fee but the flow chart mentions £95 – is this still the current fee and who is it payable to?
3. On the form itself Section 4 is titled Warrant details (which I don’t understand what it is) and has the following sub-sections
(A) Balance due at the date of this request – is this the total outstanding Rent inc arrears and costs applied by the judge?
(B) Amount for which Warrant to Issue – what is this?
Issue fee – is this £90?
Solicitors Costs – None
Land Registry Fee – what is this for?
Section 5 is Propert /Land Details and asks for ‘Describe the Land’ Is this the address of the property?

Regards,

Colin
