Hi, I have a set of tenants whose tenancy ends on 20th September 2007. They have signed a section 21 which notifies them that I require possession on that date. Things have turned for the worse with the landlord/tenant and the tenancy will not be renewed on this date and I will want the property back. I am pretty sure they will not go easily and need to do everything correctly and by the book. What procedure do I need to follow to, in the first instance informing them I will not be renewing the tenancy. When do I need to do this? If they refuse to leave on that date and make no communication with me what do I do next? Any help and advice on this subject would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
