I have been served an improvement notice and I have notified my tenant that I require access to inspect the premises and get estimates for the work. On two occasions she has been given 24 hours notice and on each she has telephoned and claimed it is not convenient. She claims that Shelter has told her that the access must be convenient fo both of us and only when she is there. Is she correct??
