I have a repossession court hearing scheduled for 6th June 2007 after sending in forms N5 and N119.
I have just found out today that the tenant has moved out. She has left no forwarding address and owes £1100 rent arrears.
My question is-
Do I still go to court or cancel the hearing.
Kind regards
Elaine
