hello
i have a two bedroom flat which is rented out (all three rooms) everyone sharing kitchen and bathroom (two couples and one single person)
i have not got tenancy agreements for any of the rooms and one couple who moved into the flat at seperate dates have outstanding rent - i have informed them several times about the debt but still nothing forthcoming except excuses re work tax etc....! they have been there for over 6 months and the woman is now pregnant!!
would appreciate views on the course of action i should take
many thanks
