I've been contacted by my tenants about 2 separate problems; 1 - they think they may have a wasps nest in the attic and, 2 - they want the gutters cleaned of leaves.
I would just like to know if it is my responsibility to pay for both of these?

Is there also a link to a list of what is and what is not a landlord's responsibility?
