I have been granted possession by a judge of a property under a section 8 notice.

The judge gave the tenant (who didn't turn up to court)two weeks to vacate. This notice expires Friday 29th June)There is a backlog of paperwork, which means I still haven't received my copy of the notice.

I am 99% sure that the tenant actually vacated a number of weeks ago and I am told that it is at least four weeks before a bailiff can be appointed.

I have also been informed that I don't need to appoint a bailif if he has already gone! What do I need to do to to get the property back if this is the case?
