I have a tennant who has developed a mental disability. As he is sedated in the house most of the time I have not been able to see for a long time now. He does not have a current shorthold tenancy agreement and I cannot ever get hold of him to renew this agreement. He is also in arrears of his rent. Can someone please advise me how I should get rid of him.
