Section 8 and outstanding rent and costs

I recently served one of my tenants a section 8 I now need to know which path to follow :

Do I follow the N5 and N119 route - will I be awarded the outstanding rent and my costs?

Or Do I follow the accelerated possession route and sue the tenant using a N1 form?

Please advise.
