Hi Ive noticed you have taken off the website the instructions to fill in a section 21. I know its a minefield but some guidance was better than none.... I really dont know how to tackle one correctly, is there any further reading I can do to help me with them.

I have heard of several cases lately of judges deciding in favour of crooked tenants because landlords didnt cross all the T's and dot all th i's and jump through a hoop and land on a sixpence. I feel any method of fast track eviction is a necessity nowdays I just dont know how to fill one out! Thanks Paul.
