have had probs with tenants they claim bad damp, insects and smells etc. They called management company and got in the pest control but won't let me in to check. Also won't let me in with estate agents to do valuation to market flat. Law Centre has written to me re: sight of RLA tenacy agreement saying can only go in if tenants give permission which they won't.

So it appears that I cannot get in until one month before end of tenancy.!!!

Any suggestion, don't need hassel but surely I can do an inspection?
