I have issed a section 21 and a 6 months renewal contract on 30/5/07 and tenant has signed both. The section 21 advises tenant to vacate 29th November 2007. I would like to send the tenant a letter to confiorm the section 21 will definately gp ahead and I do want my property back on 29th November 2007. Do you have a standard letter you can email me, so I can go ahead with the reposession.
