Good morning! We are specialist residential letting agents in the Thames Valley. On a recent course, one of our staff was advised that it is a good idea to get all our contractors to sign some sort of contract or terms and conditions with us. Could you give us any idea what sort of content this document should have to best protect us and our landlords' interests?
