Hi

Q1. How could I ensure that a tenant leaves a property after 3 months?
- Could this be done by issuing an S21 (1)(B) notice with the AST (with a new tenancy)?

Q2. What should be filled in the S21 (1)(B) notice section, "This notice expires AFTER:" ? (Should this be the date before rent is due under the tenancy agreement? i.e. current date + 3 months - 1 day)

Q3. The notice seems to have no acknowledgment that tenant has received notice? Is this correct?

Thanks.
