Dear Dave

Thank you for your previous advice; I am in the process of pursuing an ex-tenant through the Small Claims Court for arrears of Rent and the cost of Dilapidations. This now totals over £340 with Court costs, though the original debt was about £130.

I have got 'justice' from the court, i.e. judgment in my favour, but no money.

Now the situation has gone on another stage and time is going by.

My last move was that I applied to the Court for my ex-tenant to attend court for questioning regarding his circumstances and finances. When the bailiffs got to the house they were advised that he no longer resides there.

So, my question is: how can I find out where he is?

I have his bank details but the bank will not give out his details to me and I have his T-Mobile phone number. Is this a help?

Thank you for your help.

Please note my new email address is michaeldavidson@uwclub.net (if it doesn't change on your site.)

Regards

Michael Davidson
