Can I give notice early if breached contract?

I have a tenant who has only one month into her 6 month AST. I have had several complaints about noise, parties, crowds of people from neighbours.
Can I serve notice early on the grounds that she is causing a disturbance? There is a clause in her contract about not having parties and keeping noise to a minimum.
