1. Got the date for bailiffs - 2 weeks away. I am planning to advertise the property for let in this time as I am aware no damage has been caused. Is this advisable as I need to get someone in asap? I presume the chances of me showing prospective tenants around before bailiffs is out of question!!

2. I have been advised to get locksmiths in on same day as bailiffs? Is this only in case the locks have been changed or is it generally advised to change them anyway?

3. Is it likely that the tenant will even be there or will she have scarpered after receiving this final warning from the bailiffs?

Thanks in advance,
