Hi

We always issue a section 21 at the start of the tenancy which will still be in force when the tenancy becomes a periodic tenancy.
Can you tell me, if you want to enforce the section 21 after 6 months do you still have to give the tenant 2 months notice or would it be 1 month as the tenancy is now a periodic tenancy?
