I have a tenant, caught red handed by myself and the police using my electricity, via a homemade extension lead. Therefore not only using the landlords supply, but also causinga potential danger to the other tenants and the property. The CPS in tgheir wisdom decided not to prosecute. Is there any other course of action available to me ?
