I have served a section 21 today (13th November 2007)to my tenant whos tenancy agreement dates 1st May 2006 and expires 31st October 2006 (6 months) but I now think that I have calculated the wrong date. - the rent is weekly. Please can you advise and if I have served on the wrong date can I serve another?
