We have a tenant in a HMO building who is becoming a problem, we want him out and would like to know how to go about it as he has no tenancy .

Last weekend his girlfriend slashed her wrists and locked herself in the bathroom and the police had to kick the door in resulting in us having to replace the whole door . Now he's refusing to pay rent .

What would be the fastest way to get rid of him ???
