Hi, I am in the process of filing for possession via the Section 8 route. Could you answer a couple of queries?
a) Do I send a copy of the Section 8 with the court papers?
b) Should the rent schedule be up to the last due date. E.g. 5th Dec or should it be at the date of filing the Court papers, e.g. 20th Dec.
c) Can I post and date the papers to arrive at the court on the day after the Section 8 expiry date. Therefore post the day the Section 8 expires. (Keen to get them in prior to Christmas holiday)
d) I understand I send two copies of all papers. Is that correct?
