Hi
I am trying to evict a tenant on S.8 grounds and have read through the information on this site but still a little confused.

This tenant has caused numerous problems but has always paid rent. The difficulty now is that she is allowing her boyfriend and his brothr to stay with her in an HMO and there has been considerable damage done to the property including fist holes in doors etc.

I think that I need to use ground 13 but it is huge!! What exactly do I need to wite on the notice form i section 3 &4 ??
