Section 48 Notice in AST

Hi,
Until now I have been using the RLA AST and also issuing a separate S48 notice at the start of a Tenancy and obtaining a receipt sugnature. However I have just read on the RLA documents page that a section 48 notice can be included in the AST. Does Section E of the RLA AST sufficiently cover the S48 requirements?
