My house is rented to 3tenants. The AST lasts until April. I was going to write to the tenant who is leaving about her obligation. Should I also be writing to the remaining tenants as they all have commited to renting until April?
Whilst it is a joint tenancy , they each pay their part of the rent separately.
This tenant has insisted she is leaving, what redress do I have if they do not find someone to take her place?
