Instaling new boiler - rent reduction

I am having a new combi boiler installed in my rental property which could take 2 days, with loss of hot water and disruption. what is a fair amount to deduct from the tennants rent for inconvenience, or do I not legally have to give them a rent reduction. Their monthly rent is £565.
