Disposing of Tenant's Belongings

Is a landlord entitled to specify in the tenancy agreement that the tenant must remove all belongings at the end of the tenancy within, say, 21 days, otherwise said belongings will be disposed of? My understanding is that if you do not specify the time period then you have to allow the tenant 90 days.
