End of tenancy is next week! We wrote and asked if he wanted to stay, or was he going, two months ago. - No response. One month ago I wrote and explained our rights of entry with regard to viewing with potential new tenants - again no response. He is behind with rent - again no response. I called yesterday and the brother was there - said he would speak to tenant "when he got back" - but even then the brother didn't know when he would be back! Hmm.
What can I do on 19th - end of tenancy?
Any help welecome!
