We have read the legal advice in the latest addition of the "Letting Update" magazine concerning EPC's. It suggests (page 24, April 2012 issue) that under the new rules, for home rentals, the letting Agent can remove the address from the front page of the new EPC provided he/she also removes any reference to the address in any accompanying marketing material - in your opinion, is this advice correct, and, if so, at what point is it legally necessary to reveal the address on the EPC ?

Many thanks
