1. If we incorporate into the tenancy agreement a call charge for letting the tenant into the flat as a result of a lock - out can that infringe unfair contrct terms provisions?

2. As amatter of policy we issue S21(1)(B) at the commencement of the tenancy, would this be the correct expiry date?: Tenancy commenced 14/11/09 rent payable weekly........ The expiry date of S21(1)(B)14/05/10
