I have made a decision to reduce one of my tenants monthly rent by £50 a month rather than lose him as a tenant.

I realise I need to do an S13 notice for increase in rent but should I serve any notice to reduce rent.

He has been in the property for in excess of 12 months and is currently on a periodical agreement
