Hello , My agent and I have had problems with low grade tenants not cooperating with inspection visits ; the result being the house never gets seen and the tenant leaves a lot of mess and destruction when they disappear .

Can we agree an inspection date and time with them by letter well in advance , with the condition that if they are not at home at the arranged time we can use our own key to go in ? Our experience is that they manage to dodge most if not all visits .
