If a tenant is in a property for 1 year and he decides to continue his tenancy what is best practice:
1: sign a new tenancy agreement for further 1 year? Is a break clause of 6 months apply in this case or the tenant can serve a notice at any time?
2: or I serve them a notice for rent change.
