Bearing in mind a S21A or S21B has to be served at least 2 months in advance of the start date and there are up to 31 days in the longest month. Then provided at least 4 months of a 6 month tenancy,or 8 months of a 12 month tenancy have past......then strange as it might sound .... if you send a differently dated S21, EVERY DAY, for 31 days - and date it to take effect 'the day before the 2 months is up' then what judge could throw that out of court?
