Hi We have a letting agent who currently manages one of our properties
when we signed up for full management our BLT morgage was on a fixed rate now this has ended and due to increased costs we have given a months notice by letter stating our reasons.
They rang me on the phone stating that as they found the current tennant on a fully managed basis and he is still in the property the cannont release me from full management and that i have 2 options one that i put the rent up to cover some of the extra costs of which i dont think is either fair or possible. option 2 give the tennant notice and find a tennant myself of which is still unfair as they are good tennants.
On top of that when is signed up the rate was 8% then changed to 10% then the had to register for VAT and now they are putting up the fees to 12% plus vat
Can anyone advice.
